Very pleased with HIT Web Design...

I want to let you know that our web designer Mr. Davis is doing an excellent job building our new church website. His customer service skills are exceptional as he listens to details and follows through on request. So often we hear the bad stories about customer service and not often enough do we stop to let Supervisors know when someone on their team goes above & beyond. I am very pleased so far, with HIT Web Design and Mr. Davis' work.

I've never been so confident in my life!

The time and effort he puts forth to help me with my website makes me wonder how he has any other time to do ANYTHING! I'm starting to wonder if the guy even stops to eat! I don't know where you found him or what you do to keep him...but he is a priceless employee. A website that surpassed my expectations...

I currently have my website being worked on by Kristoffer and I can not tell you how much he has impressed me. I received my first draft of the direction my website is going in and was blown away by it. After the interview I had with him, he went back and took my vision and when in 24 hours had come up with a website that surpassed my expectations. I am excited to see the finished product, although there is still a lot of work to be done on it.

An absolute dream come true...

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how grateful I am for Danielle H. She was an absolute dream come true. In fact, everyone at your company has been wonderful and has made this process a real pleasure. If Danielle was on the phone or not at her desk she returned my calls within minutes, not hours, or days, but minutes! Something that is just unheard of nowadays. In times when customer service should be at its best, I find that most times I am disappointed, but this was not the case with Danielle and your staff. She answered all my questions clearly and professionally and offered feedback when I asked her for it. She was great, and is a real asset to your company! Thank you so much for her.
