I am a brand new Heritage customer. Because of my age and lack of familiarity with the "latest and greatest" advantages and offerings in the computer world, I just wanted to compliment your staff. My rep, Jeff H., has been not only helpful and respectful, but exceedingly patient. He truly grasps the extent to which he needs to explain in lay language, and the depth of that explanation depending upon his client's mental acuity. That's not something one can "teach." It is a gift, and a welcome characteristic when swimming in foreign waters. He has managed to guide me without insulting my intelligence, and steer me to helpful links that are appropriate to my needs.

Always kept me up to date...

I just wanted to send you a quick email to tell you the great experience I had with Matthew C. Matt was an absolute joy to work with. He answered my phone calls very promptly and always kept me up to date with the status of my project. I was a complete pest and a huge pain to work with I'm sure, but he was always very patient with me and accommodating. He saw my vision and was able to carry it out perfectly and very quickly I may add. Whatever you are paying him it's not enough. He is worth every penny and then some. Thanks so much!
