A breath of fresh air...

I wanted to send a quick note regarding Tina G’s talent and excellent customer service. We are in the finishing stages of the basics of our new website. We are presently with ********. I don’t know how familiar you are with them, but they are an unpredictable and arrogant company. Working with Tina is a breath of fresh air!

If your other employees are half as good as her, you’ll have no problem being #1, if you aren’t already. All of us here at A.I. are looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship with HIT, and mostly because of the great experience with Tina!

My experience with your company so far has been OUTSTANDING...

I wanted to bring to your attention the outstanding performance Nathan exemplified while constructing our website. The initial interview process was smooth and I did my best to relay my bosses ideas about the site. My boss has high expectations and I was hopeful we had been assigned to someone with patience as I was sure there would have to be modifications to get the site "just right". Not only did he work quickly (1 day!) but he also answered an e-mail after business hours! When I saw the sight I was personally very impressed and hoped my boss would share my reaction, but quite frankly was prepared for his critique. You can imagine my surprise when my boss said "I REALLY like it, you guys really got it off to a good start!". I NEVER expected this reaction, especially without the flash design still to come. Once we finalized, we were also able to get the site live the same day! The site is really well done. My experience with your company so far has been OUTSTANDING and I look forward to our finished product.

Very professional and most polite...

First and foremost I must sincerely give credit to one of your employees, namely David R. He is very professional and most polite, in addition to being courteous and of course technically excellent at his respective job. David is in essence a credit to his profession; which sadly is not the norm nowadays. I myself have worked troubleshooting complex Wide Area Networks and work constantly over the telephone with clients and thus appreciate how good a job David is in all aspects of his profession. Since most of the feed back in service is usually negative I feel it would be remiss of me to not inform of the aforementioned.
