I wanted to send you an email about our experience with Carisa K., our website designer.

First and foremost, we would like you to know that Carisa truly exceeded our expectations! From the first time that we spoke with her to start our website design, she was extremely professional, attentive, friendly and truly listened to our ideas for our website design. At the end of the conversation, we felt completely assured that our website would turn out beautiful. Carisa provided us with a detailed timeframe of when things would be completed and she was right on target!

When she called to review the temporary site, we were very excited and when we saw the website she had created for us - we were completely in awe! She created the exact website that we had envisioned - perfectly! We were amazed at how professional, fresh, and perfect our website had turned out!

We feel strongly that she should be praised for her talent and recognized for her true professionalism! We would never want another designer to work on our website - we have found the best!
