Taking action to get things done...

I'd like to take this opportunity to provide feedback on Martin S.

Martin was hugely instrumental with completing work for the website. Martin provided excellent customer service by listening, understanding the issues at hand, and taking action to get things done. If he could not resolve an issue on his own, he found other resources who could. Martin followed through on all action items discussed with phone calls and emails.

Martin's technical expertise and excellent customer service is sincerely appreciated. Please take a moment from your busy day to recognize Martin's contributions to Heritage's success.
