I just want to take this opportunity to inform you that I am well pleased with Carter C. as my account manager. Ever since he was assigned to me, he has been faithfully keeping in touch with me to ensure that all my concerns are addressed. He has demonstrated exceptional patience with me, he has taken the time to carefully explain the procedures I didn't understand, and certainly demonstrates a high level of professionalism and knowledge.
